Participants will learn how to conduct debriefs with students, staff, and crisis teams using a compassionate, structured approach that emphasizes emotional regulation, restoration of relationships, and collaborative problem-solving. The session integrates trauma-informed principles, IDEA requirements, and ethical expectations related to dignity, harm reduction, and data collection.
