Terms and Conditions for Purchasing Online Courses

Effective Date: 2/1/2025

1. Introduction

Welcome to Inclusive Behavior Consulting. By purchasing and enrolling in our online courses, you agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

2. Course Access & Enrollment

  • Upon successful payment, you will receive access to the course materials for the designated time period specified on the course page.

  • Course access is non-transferable and may not be shared with others.

  • Inclusive Behavior Consulting reserves the right to revoke access if course materials are shared without authorization.

3. Payment & Refund Policy

  • Payment for courses must be completed in full before access is granted.

  • All payments are processed securely via our payment gateway.

  • In-Person Event Refund Policy:​

    • 30+ days before the event → Full refund (minus any processing fees, if applicable).

    • 14-29 days before the event → 50% refund (to account for reserved materials and venue costs).

    • Less than 14 days before the event → No refund, but ticket transfers allowed to another attendee.

    • Event Cancellation by Inclusive Behavior Consulting → Full refund or rescheduling option.

    • CEU credit requires full session attendance; late arrivals may impact eligibility.

  • Online Course Refund Policy:

    • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase and before more than 25% of the course has been completed.

    • No refunds will be issued once a course has been fully accessed or completed.

    • If a technical issue prevents access, we will work to resolve it before considering a refund.

4. Course Content & Intellectual Property

  • All course materials, including videos, PDFs, presentations, and resources, are the intellectual property of Inclusive Behavior Consulting.

  • You may not copy, distribute, modify, or reproduce course content without explicit written permission.

  • Courses are intended for personal and professional development only and may not be resold or used for commercial purposes.

5. Continuing Education Units (CEUs)

  • If a course is eligible for CEUs, it will be clearly stated on the course page.

  • CEU certificates will be issued upon successful course completion and meeting all participation requirements.

  • It is the responsibility of the participant to ensure that CEUs from our courses meet their licensure or certification board’s requirements.

6. Technology & Support

  • You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary technology (internet access, compatible devices, software) to access the course.

  • If you experience technical difficulties, please contact us here for assistance.

7. Privacy Policy & Data Protection

  • Your personal information will be collected and stored securely in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

  • We will not sell, rent, or distribute your personal data to third parties without your consent.

8. Code of Conduct

  • We expect all course participants to engage in respectful and professional conduct within the course platform.

  • Any form of harassment, hate speech, or disruptive behavior will result in removal from the course without a refund.

9. Changes to Terms & Course Offerings

  • Inclusive Behavior Consulting reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website.

  • Course content, pricing, and availability may be subject to updates or modifications at our discretion.
