ABOUTĀ INCLUSIVE BEHAVIOR CONSULTING

Supporting School-Based BCBAs With Practical, Ethical, Real-World Training

Inclusive Behavior Consulting was created to support the unique realities of implementing behavior support within public school systems.

School-based BCBAs often navigate complex environments where behavior support intersects with special education law, crisis response, multidisciplinary collaboration, staffing challenges, systems-level implementation, and the day-to-day realities of schools.

While many professionals enter schools with strong clinical knowledge, fewer trainings focus on what it actually looks like to apply behavior analysis effectively, ethically, and sustainably within educational settings.

That gap is what Inclusive Behavior Consulting was built to address.

We provide practical, implementation-focused CEU trainings and resources specifically designed for school-based BCBAs, educators, consultants, and behavior support teams.

Why School-Based ABA?

School-based BCBAs work within some of the most complex and demanding environments in the field.

As a team with collective experience across education, behavior analysis, school systems, crisis response, staff training, and student support, we understand the realities school-based professionals navigate every day.

They are often balancing:

  • Large caseloads
  • Limited staffing
  • Crisis situations
  • Legal and ethical responsibilities
  • Teacher collaboration
  • Family communication
  • Systems barriers
  • Administrative demands
  • Implementation challenges across multiple settings

At Inclusive Behavior Consulting, we are deeply passionate about supporting the professionals doing this work.

We know school-based BCBAs and educators are frequently expected to solve incredibly complex challenges while working within systems that are under-resourced, overwhelmed, and constantly evolving. Our goal is to provide practical training, meaningful support, and collaborative learning experiences that help professionals feel more confident, effective, and supported in their roles.

Inclusive Behavior Consulting exists to support these professionals with practical training that acknowledges the realities of schools while maintaining strong ethical and professional standards.

Our Mission

Our mission is to help school-based professionals build behavior support systems that are practical, collaborative, ethical, sustainable, and meaningful for the students and teams they serve.

We believe effective school-based behavior support requires more than theory alone. It requires implementation systems, staff support, communication, adaptability, and an understanding of the realities educators face every day.

Inclusive Behavior Consulting is committed to providing trainings and resources that help bridge the gap between knowledge and real-world application.
